Abnormal or asymmetric fat distribution, soft-tissue mass, asymmetric muscle development, connective tissue nevi of feet, lipomas or focal fat overgrowth, hypertrophic soft tissues, vascular malformations, soft tissue calcifications, muscular atrophy, subcutaneous tissue thickening of feet

Visceral

Splenomegaly, nephromegaly, hydrocele, lung scarring, emphysematous or cystic lung changes, atelectasis

Central nervous system

Asymmetric megalencephaly, white-matter abnormalities, hydrocephalus, cavernous venous malformation of the brain, lipomatosis of the spinal cord

Ear, nose, and throat

Mastoid fluid or mucosal thickening, paranasal sinus fluid or mucosal thickening, abnormal middle ear
