Our standard practice would be to offer injection sclerotherapy for such cases as a first line, which is usually delayed after the neonatal period (3–6 months of age). However, the third case (c) was an exception; the lesion was so huge in size making it difficult to discharge the patient in such condition, when we offered partial excision in the neonatal period and the patient was successfully discharged
