This boy was referred to us at the age of 11 years with a lymphatic malformation on the right side of his trunk with skin involvement (raised fluid-filled blebs). Due to the diffuse spread of the lesion over a wide area, in addition to severe cutaneous manifestations, we started sirolimus treatment upon referral.
